Power Distribution System Resilience Investigation: Outfits for Effective Improvement
Abstract
With more periodic natural calamities endangering, electric supply system resilience has gained interest in last decades. A number of approaches for measuring the electrical power system's resilience have been offered in the research. This study performs a detailed survey of the literature's state-of-the-art methodologies for evaluating resilience frameworks and measures. The basic theories of resilience are first defined, and several period pre and post events are examined. Following that, evaluation techniques are categorized into many groups and examined depending on their characteristics and shortcomings. Moreover, this area's difficulties and potential subjects are explored and summarized. The aim of this article is to get a thorough understanding of this significant research field and to foresee some research development that may help the operator/planner develop more effective restoration methods and generate more efficient methods to improve the distribution network's resilience.
