SEASONALITY AND METEOPROPHYLAXIS OF STROKE IN DESERT-STEPPE ZONES OF UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
To achieve the set goals, the "Register of cerebral strokes" of the Khorezm region for 2019 was carried out. As a result, it was revealed that ischemic strokes (IS) and hemorrhagic strokes (HS) prevailed in the winter (28.1% and 29.7%) and spring (31.7% and 25.0%) months, and subarachnoid hemorrhages (SAH) prevailed in the summer (36.8%) months. In winter and spring, the "spastic" type of pod is a provoking meteorological risk factor for the development of IS and GS. In summer - "hypoxic", and in autumn - "unstable with the transition of indifferent to" spastic "types of weather are provoking meteorological factors for the development of SAH. Timely implementation of seasonal and urgent prophylaxis of meteotropic reactions in CVD prevents exacerbations of the disease and helps to reduce the frequency of strokes.\n\n\nThe aim of the study was to analyze the seasonality and effectiveness of meteorological prevention of strokes in the desert-steppe zones of Uzbekistan using the example of the Khorezm region.\n\n\n
