Abstract
In Uzbekistan there are high rates of population growth, the state program of urbanization is planned. In today's conditions, the renovation of residential buildings is widely used in the world practice. Taking into account the positive aspects of this method, it is proposed to use it in the domestic practice of reproduction of housing stock in large cities.
