Abstract

AbstractOne of the topical issues of modern socio-political life, respectively, of social science, are the problems of civil society. The profound changes that have taken place in the social reality of the post-Soviet republics have significantly raised interest in this topic. Uzbekistan also pays special attention to this problem, based on the ultimate goal of democratic development - building a civil society.
