This article deals with the public oversight, which is an important condition for the development of civil society. It is also difficult to imagine the formation of civil society in a country where there is no public control is not strong enough. Therefore, the Constitution of our country recognizes that public control is an important tool for the participation of citizens of our country in public administration.
