AbstractIn this country, too, in the first years of the transition to a market economy, there was a significant decline in innovation activity. The Agency is a specially authorized state body that ensures the implementation of a unified state policy in the field of legal protection of intellectual property and protection of their rights in the country and the state registration and control of organizations that manage property rights on a collective basis. At the same time, it not only analyzes the practice of foreign countries, but also establishes and implements close cooperation with them and international organizations on the development of innovation.
