Abstract

Physical education is one of the socio-pedagogical processes that ensure human development. The effective organization of this process by the teacher, the habit of students to engage in physical education and sports, fosters physical and spiritual development. The article discusses the problems of improving the effectiveness of physical education and sports teacher education.
