Abstract

AbstractThe article covers the assessment technology and its ability to identify professional competencies. Based on the results of the study, five groups of the most important competencies necessary to achieve successful activity through behavioral models are described. Each behavioral model demonstrates the manifestation of a particular competency. With the help of the assessment technology, the general and specific features that are characteristic of management in the public service are identified.
