Abstract

The article describes modern approaches to the prevention of obstetric bleeding and blood-saving technologies in women who gave birth by caesarean section. It is especially important to pay attention to the timely detection of anomalies in the position of the placenta and attachment. The article analyzes the outcome of caesarean section in two groups with obstetric haemorrhage. The largest share of obstetric haemorrhage is the detachment of the normally located placenta and placental pathology. A prospective study has been conducted to assess the effectiveness of the phased control and treatment of haemorrhage during caesarean delivery.
