Abstract

AbstractIn this article, the author describes the process of eradicating illiteracy in the 20s and 30s of the twentieth century. The People's Commissariat of Education of the Uzbek SSR disclosed the content of the criteria set out in the directive document on this issue. This aspect of the issue serves as additional material for the works published so far.
