Abstract
Declaration of the safety of hydraulic structures is mandatory for the design, construction, commissioning of hydraulic structures, their operation, decommissioning, as well as after reconstruction, overhaul, restoration or conservation. The declaration defines the safety of hydraulic structures, the criteria for their safety in accordance with the project, applicable building codes and regulations, and also determines the safety classes based on the characteristics of possible accidents and the class of construction.
