Abstract

This article is devoted to non-verbal communication and it’s definition. Communication is defined as the interaction between two or more people in the exchange of information that has a cognitive or affective-evaluative character. Or communication is a complex, comprehensive process of establishing and developing relationships that arise from the need for collaborative activities between people and consist of the exchange of information. Communication tools can include language, emotional tone, facial expressions, mimicking, postures, body movements, gaze, gestures and distance. Nonverbal communication is a form of language that embodies all forms of non-verbal communication, consisting of actions and gestures that are devoid of meaning. In addition to gestures and poses, nonverbal speech includes paralinguistic and extralinguistic means.
