Abstract

AbstractThe intellectual potential of the country can be considered as a set of intellectual potentials of economic entities, which, in turn, are formed as a set of realized intellectual potentials of workers, contributing to the acceleration of technical progress. The presence of a serious correlation between GDP and spending on education and health in countries of the world indicates that in the modern period, economic development largely depends on the degree of development of human capital.
