Abstract
Vocational training is part of the education system.It forms a “person-profession” relationship. It is interdisciplinary as an object of study in vocational education.These are social, philosophical, psychological, cultural, spiritual and educational areas in the transition to the relations of a market economy, one of the most important aspects of vocational education is the cultural, socio-pedagogical and psychological orientation. It is how professional, social, professional competence and professional culture play a key role in its development.
