Abstract
As a result of the reforms being carried out in our society, great changes are taking place in the system of vocational education. Taking into account the development prospects and priorities of the economy, modern techniques and technological trends, the current problem is to replace the leading personnel who can manage the activities of a professional educational institution to radically improve the quality of training required for industries and sectors of the economy.
