Abstract
The first phase of the research focused on obtaining dry extracts from the roots of the Capparis spinosa plant and developing a technology.Extraction of biologically active substances from plant raw materials is a complex process and depends on a number of factors. These are the type and concentration of the extractant, the degree of fineness of the raw material, the method of extraction, the ratio of raw material and extractant, and so on.
