Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical study of the problem of stress, updating and generalizing the accumulated knowledge in the field of psychology of stress study. The article discusses the main classifications of types of stressors, as well as approaches to their study. The problem of studying overcoming difficulties in stressful situations is touched upon.
