Abstract
When forming the accounting policy, the accountant selects the accounting model that most adequately reflects the ongoing business processes. Modeling allows you to make a comparative analysis of accounting options for certain objects and choose the best way to reflect, in the opinion of the accountant, the state of the economic environment. By expressing professional judgment when choosing an accounting model, an accountant also acquires the obligation to protect his own opinion before users of accounting information and is responsible for maintaining accounting records and preparing financial statements.
