The article discusses the analysis of enterprise performance can serve as a basis for improving enterprise productivity, since opportunities and benefits need to be expanded and strengthened, minimizing the impact of threats and disadvantages, eliminating their negative impact or turning it into advantages. This analysis allows for a comprehensive internal and external marketing environment and effectively leverages its results.
