FEATURES OF THE SORPTION METHOD APPLICATION IN THE CORRECTION OF DYSLIPIDEMIA AND HYPERGLYCEMIA IN DIABETES MELLITUS

Abstract

The possibilities of sorption method in normalizing carbohydrate-lipid parameters of blood serum in patients with diabetic retinopathy were investigated. The detoxification properties of the used wood adsorbents are compared. One of the urgent tasks of modern medicine is the development of effective methods for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus (DM).
