Abstract

The article determined the free energy, entropy, isochoric heat capacity, IR spectrum of a silk fibroin molecule containing gold nanoparticles using quantum chemical computational methods. It was proved that gold nanoparticles were synthesized in an experiment by comparing the results of IR spectra of a silk fibroin molecule containing a gold nanoparticle, determined based on quantum chemical calculations and obtained in practice.
