MODERN THEORETICAL INTERPRETATION OF THE USE OF CIRCULAR TRAINING IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS
Abstract
The analysis of modern approaches to the study of the possibilities and results of the use of circular trainings in physical education of students of secondary schools is made. The advantages of a circular form of teaching at a physical education lesson are indicated: an increase in the number of students who can study simultaneously and independently; optimal use of inventory and equipment; the uniqueness of the use of an individual and differentiated approach to students; saturation of the lesson, increased participation of students. The article examines and analyzes the effectiveness of circuit training in physical education of students of different classes of general education schools in the aspect of some differentiation of the planned methodological programs (complication of exercises and increase in physical activity with age, taking into account the individual characteristics of schoolchildren).
