Abstract

This article is devoted to the crucial role of the securities market, as the most important mechanism for the redistribution of funds between sectors of the economy. The purpose of this article is, firstly, to consider the essence of the securities market - the object of research. Further, in order to objectively understand the role of the securities market for the country's economy, it is necessary to disassemble the structure and identify the functions inherent in this market. The article reflects the economic content, the specific role and place of the securities market in the financial market.
