Abstract

It is created new, more exact scheme of categorizations of yeasts microorganisms. It is described criteria and principles, necessary to use at identifications specified microorganism before classes, orders, families, sorts, types and varieties.\n\nThe taxonomy of microorganisms is a fundamental branch of microbiological science on the classification of bacterial, yeast organisms, actinomycetes, filamentous fungi, as well as viruses into objectively existing groups that have arisen in the process of their evolution.\n\nThe following system groups are distinguished: types, classes, orders, families, genera, species and varieties. This grouping is based on a correspondingly different commonality of the way of life of microorganisms with a certain degree of their relationship.\n\nThis article highlights the principles of classification of yeast - one of the vast physiological groups of microorganisms. Yeast microorganisms are divided into two sharply different groups: spore-forming and non-spore-forming.
