Abstract
The article discusses the developed complementary cascode current source using light-emitting diodes devices infocommunication systems for transmitting information and electrical lighting. It is shown that the performance on efficiency coefficient of the proposed composite cascode current source with a change in supply voltage and load resistance in the wide band is more than twice the efficiency of the closest analogue.
