Abstract

The aim of this work is an attempt to improve the symmetric DES encryption algorithm using a quantum polarization filter. Assess the advantages and disadvantages of using polarizing filters. The main feature of the proposed scheme is that the encrypted message, in addition to the standard key, also uses polarization filters. The stability of the circuit is based on the high complexity of solving the problem of finding polarizing filters and the non-linearity of operations with these filters. Possible uses for polarizing filters are discussed.
