Contemporary trends of uzbekistan's regional policy in central asia

Abstract

AbstractThis article analyzes good neighborly relations and pragmatic regional policy of Uzbekistan in Central Asia over the past five years. In particular, the article notes that the consultative meeting of the leaders of the Central Asian countries served as a platform for a friendly political dialogue between the countries of the region, a platform for further deepening ties. According to the author, the regional policy of Uzbekistan not only increased the international prestige of the country, but also made Central Asia a place of stable and close cooperation.
