On some aspects of incentive norms in the criminal legislation of the republic of uzbekistan

Abstract

AbstractThe article reveals the role and place of incentive norms in the criminal law. Separate features and criteria of incentive norms are highlighted, according to which it is possible to determine which criminal legal norms are incentive. Based on the results of the analysis of the views of researchers and the criminal law, the author proposes to introduce a separate norm in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, defining the concept, classification and application of incentive norms in law enforcement practice.
