Concept and features of administrative responsibility of minors

Abstract

AbstractThe article deals with the problematic aspects of the administrative responsibility and features of the administrative and legal status of minors. On the basis of the research a general definition of the concept of administrative responsibility suitable in the opinion of the author is given and also substantiates the need to make some changes to certain parts of the administrative legislation governing the administrative responsibility of minors.
