Abstract

AbstractIn this article, by the end of the twentieth century, spiritual potential, intellectual competition, ideological struggle took the leading place in the world arena. It is reflected in the fact that in the whole world there is a sharp struggle to dominate the hearts and minds of people, no state, and no society can stand aside from this process. Today, international life and personality development have entered such a stage that it is no longer a military power, but a vital potential, intelligence, thought, advanced technologies that play a decisive role.
