Abstract

As the society of modern Uzbekistan moves along the path of open democratic politics, it continues\nreforms towards a radical modernization of the education system based on world experience and\nnational experience, due to the growing demand for open and independent thinking and modern\neducation. An example of this is the influx of innovation from the education systems of the most\nadvanced countries, especially to the higher education system. From increasing the quota of\nadmission to higher educational institutions, improving its material and technical base and improving\nthe quality of education, increasing the prestige of higher educational institutions, ensuring a\ncompetitive environment among them, increasing the efficiency of teachers to enter a new stage of\ndevelopment through innovative practices, this is among the innovations being introduced ... Most\nimportantly, the study of the human factor and its influence on the labor process as the basis for\nincreasing the efficiency of the work of professors and teachers, its theoretical and practical study is\nimportant for its relevance for the ongoing reforms. This article analyzes the main role of teachers,\ntheir impact on learning outcomes, social factors affecting labor efficiency.\n
