DISPLAY OF PUBLIC SECURITY'S NORM OF THE CONSTITUTION (FOREIGN EXPERIENCE)

Abstract

This article deals with the role and significance of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a guarantor of public security. Using the example of international experience, the analysis of the role and significance of public security standards in the constitution is considered, based on the results of the analysis. Proposals were made to amend the Constitution in order to create an effective mechanism of defense against current threats and challenges to public security. Based on the norms of international law proposals have been developed to amend and supplement some articles of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
