Abstract

ABSTRACT. The rapid development of civilization, the deterioration of the ecological condition of the external environment contribute to the increasing of allergic diseases. This index is also developing in Uzbekistan. One of the current problems of modern medicine is the creation of drugs and ointments derived from natural products to improve the treatment of patients with inflammatory diseases of the skin. In our study, we studied the morphology of allergic contact dermatitis and the effect of ointment made from plant extracts on skin structure in experimental contact allergic dermatitis (CAD) caused by a 5% alcohol-acetone (2:1) solution of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNChB). An ointment form prepared from a mixture of vaseline-based 1.5% flavanoids and 1.5% red brain root extract is more effective in treating contact allergic dermatitis than other forms of ointment.\n\n\n \n\n\n
