THE CONCEPT OF CONVICTION IN CRIMINAL LAW AND ITS MEANING

Abstract
This article is devoted to the discussion as one of the most important institutions of criminal law, it outlines the issues of the legal significance of a conviction, the completion of conviction and the removal of a criminal record. The opinions and opinions of scientists who conducted scientific research on the state of criminal records were also studied. It also reveals important basic and additional legal signs of a conviction as a legal fact. At the same time, based on the statistics of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a scientific and theoretical analysis of the dynamics of certain types of crimes committed by convicted persons in the context of territories was carried out.
