Abstract

This article examines the impact of globalization on the international division of labor and its legal regulation. The main purpose of the article is to reveal the essence of international trade, specialization of individual countries, the tendency of the division of labor. One of the important places in the specialization of countries is the achieved scientific and technological progress, the growing role of electronic commercial relations. The investigated are the legal relations that develop in the process of the international division of labor, including the scientific and legal aspects of the international division of labor, in accordance with international norms and legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, theoretical provisions of the doctrine of domestic and foreign international private law. The article highlights the problems of international private law regulation of the treaty of the international division of labor, as well as practical issues of law enforcement practice. The incompleteness and presence of gaps, indicating that the legal regulation of the international division of labor is still in its infancy, cannot refute the fact of its existence as a subsystem of international economic relations, requiring private law regulation. In this regard, there is a need for legal regulation of the international division of ore in the framework of international trade and commercial relations with the competent application of the basic principles and effective collision links of private international law.\n\n
