CHARACTERISTICS OF SPECIAL SUBJECTS OF CRIME DEFINED IN THE NATIONAL CRIMINAL LAW AND ISSUES OF THEIR CLASSIFICATION

Abstract

The article analyzes the concepts of a special subject and signs of a crime in our national legislation, as well as the views of scientists in this field. The relevant articles of the special part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan indicate certain categories of authorized persons who may be a special subject of an offense; actions of military personnel, investigators, prosecutors, doctors and citizens who may be a special subject of a crime in accordance with the features recognized by this Code. And also from the Romano-German legal family and scientists, ideas were discussed and put forward for the division of a particular subject of crime into groups according to different criteria.\n\n\n
