Abstract

The article dwells on occasional nominations in phraseology, formation of these nominations with substitution of components of phraseological units with occasional character through resemblance of subject, functions fulfilled via their contiguity. The article also reveals occasional nominations in phraseology that have been considered as occasional tertiary nominations so far. It also determines consistent pattern of linguistic system underlying the derived phraseologism based on the change of significance as natural usage abilities in new reality of considering language unit, where a pair of subsistence is compared beneath occasional secondary nomination, one of which is introduced through another with a help of comparison. Thus, analyzing the first group with non-complicated nominations, we distinguish some variatives that are similar to the basic form of phraseologism. In this case, analogy on subjective and regular essence between variative and initial stable combination is identified. Moreover, macro-component of connotative character nearly corresponds with the meaning of original unit in connotative aspect. This group of nominations showed formation of phraseologism from any classes, belonging to the type of word-combinations and sentences. As the result of our research we ran into material that brought us to conclusion, that substitution of components are not produced on imagery fond, being a base of usual nomination. The substitution is produced basing on direct meaning of words. It is inappropriate to consider this phenomenon as something paradoxical, non-logic.\n\n
