THERAPEUTIC MASKS OF HYPOTHYROIDISM
Abstract
The article presents data on various clinical versions of the flow of hypothyroidism. Attention is focused on the fact that in the interests of early and reliable diagnostics should not be limited to ideas about the typical clinical picture of the hypothyroidism described in the textbooks, since the pitipofing of the thyroid gland is increasingly manifested by atypical, subclinical forms. This is especially true of the hypothyroidism in the elderly, which is found much more often than those of young people, and its manifestations often elude among the symptoms of other diseases or are perceived as ordinary signs of aging. A clinical case is given, which proceeded under various therapeutic masks of hypothyroidism.
