The subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship can not be indifferent to the socio-political, economic and moral and moral changes taking place in the country, because they know that their formation as a social body, a class of middle proprietors is directly related to the essence, direction of the above changes. Therefore, they also participate in the activities of political parties, sometimes they also unite themselves and go out into the political arena as a sociopolitical force
