Abstract
Opinions are expressed in the article about the formation of signs indicating the stages of renaissance development in the Eastern and Western regions, periodicity of development, the extinction of renaissance sparks in a state of “break” or social decline in the way of life of society, revival under the influence of new socio-political processes, Eastern, Western features, signs of manifestation of the renaissance in the article.
