THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CULTURE OF NEGOTIATION IN CENTRAL ASIA (ETHNOPSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS)
Abstract
Central Asia also have a very rich and unique history. Historical reality has shaped the national psychological image of the peoples living in this region over the centuries. The Great Silk Road has played an important role in the formation and development of the negotiating culture of the peoples of Central Asia. As the Silk Road developed, it became a tradition for kings to send ambassadors to each other and give each other presents. Trade has grown at an unprecedented rate. The interaction of Eastern and Western cultures has also intensified. Many cultural similarities in the development of nations are due to this. In the early Middle Ages, the Sogdians living in Central Asia, especially in the territory of modern Uzbekistan, had skilled diplomacy. They led the main trade caravans on the Great Silk Road.
