Metaphorical speech efficiency in education

Abstract

AbstractThis article discusses pedagogical speech, which is one of the key factors in the educational process, and important aspects of the use of metaphors in it. The metaphor has been analyzed in depth as a tool to increase the effectiveness of speech in the process of training older employees from different fields, especially managers. In modern science, the reasons for the change in scientific views on the concept of metaphor and the laws of its use are revealed.
