Abstract

National action games are associated with the values of our people, which have been developed, improved and respected over the centuries. It is an important factor in the development of children to be physically strong, healthy, courageous, determined, agile, resilient. The national games of the people combine the past history of the nation, the characteristics, customs and traditions of spiritual and cultural development.
