Abstract
The article emphasizes the need for the state to pay more attention to the development of human capital in Uzbekistan, to reduce unemployment among the population, as well as to abandon poverty and livelihoods. Reflections and suggestions were made on the role and importance of entrepreneurship, home-based work and the correct use of land in solving these problems by shaping the entrepreneurial needs of the population. In particular, special attention is paid to the education of young people.\n\n
