Improving the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction

Abstract

Abstract. Along with the great interest in the development of new drugs for the treatment of acute heart failure, the potential use of diuretics, vasodilators and inotropic drugs remains a topic of discussion. The greatest controversy in the consideration of these three groups of drugs is caused by inotropes. There are no promising new drugs that require an important role in this area.  The most recent addition among inotropes and inodilators is levosimene, the importance of which is being studied separately.
