Abstract

. A certain role in the pathogenetic mechanism of NAG may belong to peripheral links in the feedback system ovaries - hypothalamus - pituitary gland. It is known that chronic hyperestrogenism leads to hyperplasia of pituitary cells and may be a triggering mechanism for the development of pituitary adenoma. Purpose of the study was to evaluate the clinical, hormonal and visualization features of reproductive disorders in women with inactive pituitary adenomas (NAG). 65 patients with reproductive disorders and pituitary adenomas (AH) were selected for in-depth research. The research materials were statistically processed using parametric and nonparametric analysis. In our study, weak paracrine regulation of activin resulted in a weaker FSH impulse. AMH levels were significantly different from those of the control with a downward shift, indicating a problem with follicular reserve.
