Abstract

Hypertension significantly increases the risk of cardiovascular events, including deaths, occupying a leading place among the causes of myocardial infarction, severe heart failure, and acute strokes (5,6). At the same time, early detection of hypertension in the population makes it possible to carry out effective and economically affordable prophylaxis in a timely manner, making hypertension manageable. The most suitable for this purpose are screening surveys of the population. Therefore, the development of screening research methods that allow detecting hypertension at the premorbid and initial stages of the disease is currently relevant.
