Abstract

The article summarizes the experience of the clinic in the treatment of 96 children with rectoperineal fistulas in 2009-2019.This type of anomaly was diagnosed in 90 (23.5%) children: in 59 (65.6%) boys, and 31 (34.4%) girls from 383 patients with the main clinical forms of ARM. In 6 (no.%) Boys, recto-scrotal fistula was observed, which was related to rare regional variants of pathology. Methods of diagnostics, anatomical variations of pathology in boys and girls are presented.
