Abstract

This study reflects the role of the level of vitamin D saturation in the body on the course of enterocolitis induced by food proteins. Our study showed that in the syndrome of enterocolitis induced by food proteins, vitamin D deficiency was detected in 42.6%, and deficiency in 37.7% of cases. The use of differentiated doses of an aqueous solution of vitamin D in the complex therapy of patients with enterocolitis syndrome induced by food proteins has a positive effect on the main clinical manifestations of the disease and contributes to the leveling of signs of intestinal dyspepsia and positive dynamics of the physical development of children.
