Abstract
A clinical case of the use of amnion in the treatment of keratoglobus complicated by bullous keratopathy is presented. The studies were carried out in the eye department of the clinic of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. The patient underwent the following research methods: ophthalmic (visometry, biomicroscopy, ophthalmoscopy, ultrasound: B-scan), clinical laboratory and instrumental examination methods. The relevance of the problem is determined by the trend towards an increase in morbidity and revealed, by the bilateral nature of the damage to the organ of vision, as well as social significance due to the progressive nature of the course leading to visual disability at a young working age.
